Meetings:  The Mountain Brew Club meets monthly in member homes anywhere from Crestline to Running Springs.  Our meetings are generally on the second Saturday of each month at 5:00pm, but can vary based on holidays, events, or other conflicts.  Meetings are scheduled by our Event Coordinator using Facebook events in our private group.  Members are asked to bring a beer that they have brewed (any style) or a commercial beer (in the style of the month), and an appetizer of some sort (please, no palate killers).

Events:  The club coordinates, or just spontaneously gets together, to do things during the year like party bus trips, brewery tours, group or big batch brew days, serving at community events, and coordinating and executing the Lake Arrowhead Brewfest.  There is always something going on!

Lake Arrowhead Brewfest: In conjunction with the Chamber of Commerce, and with the support of local companies and organizations, our club puts on the annual Lake Arrowhead Brewfest.  The club inspired this event to start up back in 2010 when we were less than a year old, and the event has grown every year since.  The event generally serve 100+ kegs of beer in six hours every year, thanks to the generous contributions of incredible craft breweries (Stone, Hangar, Mother Earth, Big Bear, etc) and the incredible involvement of homebrewers from clubs across Southern California.  It is the best event available to the general public to be able to taste a wide variety of home brewed beers, ciders and meads.

Competitions:  While competition entries are not done as a club effort, the club certainly encourages members to enter Southern California homebrew competitions, both to support the organizations that host the events, and also for the great feedback we get on our beers from the judges.
